5. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/b><\/p>

\u2022 Total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the incident.<\/p>

This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our own negligence.<\/p>
